Our policy
14 days
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request an exchange or return.
Unworn, tags on
For hygiene reasons, intimates must be unworn, unwashed, with hygiene liners and tags attached, tried on over your own underwear.
Fast resolution
Once approved, exchanges ship free. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
How to start an exchange or return
1. Email orders@comforastudio.com with your order number and the reason (wrong size, wrong item, quality issue).
2. We’ll reply within 24 hours with simple instructions and, where applicable, a return address.
3. For sizing exchanges, tell us the size you need — we’ll reserve it for you right away.
