Comfora ("we", "us") operates this online store selling women’s intimates — bras, underwear, and shapewear. These terms apply to all orders placed through comforastudio.com.

Placing an order. An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email from orders@comforastudio.com. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues) — if we cancel, you receive a full refund.

Pricing. All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Promotional prices apply only during the stated period. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Payment. Payment is collected at checkout through our secure payment providers. Your order ships after payment is confirmed.

We offer free worldwide shipping. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically delivered within 15–30 days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control do not entitle a cancellation of a dispatched order. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, with hygiene liners and tags attached. For hygiene reasons, worn intimates cannot be returned. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

We work hard to display products accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and measurements in the size guide are a guide rather than a guarantee of fit. If an item arrives materially different from its description, contact us and we’ll make it right.

All content on this site — the Comfora name, logo, product photography, text, and design — belongs to Comfora and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comfora’s liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
