Payment information. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. Comfora never sees or stores your full card number.
Communication. If you contact us or join our newsletter, we keep your email address and message history so we can respond and keep you updated.
Usage data. Like most websites, we collect anonymous analytics (pages visited, device type) to improve the store experience.

What we never do
No selling data
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
No spam
We only email you about your orders, or marketing you explicitly opted into.
Discreet by default
Orders ship in plain packaging and appear discreetly on statements. Your purchases stay private.
Sharing with third parties
We share only what’s necessary to run the store: your address with shipping carriers to deliver your order, payment details with our payment processor to complete transactions, and anonymous analytics with our analytics provider. Each partner is bound to protect your data and use it only for the service they provide us.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how the store is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though the cart and checkout may not function without them.
Data retention & your rights
